Remove the cartridge from your printer. Obtain a 5ml syringe from your pharmacy.Obtain some kitchen towel and buy some cleaner cartridges from Internet inks.
Firstly use the cleaner cartridges to clean the printer. When this is done get your sublimation cartridge and turn it upside down. The syringe should fit into the nozzle holes for each colour. If not trim it to fit. Push the syringe firmly into the nozzle to depress the return spring in the cartridge. Draw ink into the syringe and hold it until all the ink has come through. Do this with each colour. If you have already put new ink into the reservoirs pull ink through until the new ink arrives in the cartridge.
Replace the cartridge in your printer, do about 6-7 head cleans and a couple of nozzle checks and you should be in business.
