clean nozzle check

My Epson 1280 shows a great nozzle check but after 1 or two prints it seems to throw out unwanted yellow randomly all over the paper. I have cleaned heads, coffee filtered and sucked air bubbles out of the yellow cartridge but I still have problems with the random yellow. I am using a CIS and have also tried the original Epson ink and still the same problem. Any suggestions?
