From what I gather about this emulsion, you do not need to sensitize it for WB and Discharge printing. Can anyone confirm that? Does anyone have any feedback?

That's correct, you don't 'have to sensitise' for waterbased or discharge, but you do have the option of adding sensitiser. Check Chromatec's WR data sheet.
