hey guys i know their is some post already about vellum and film but i was wondering say i wanted to print bigger then the normal 13 by 19 well basicly more wider like maybe 14 or 15 would be good what should buy and where cause i cant find any other then that i found a 17 inch by 100 feet roll does that mean that its 17 inches wide? if so that should work right? and one more thing what if i use a inkjet film paper on a laser printer?

For starters, laser printers use heat elements to put the toner on the vellum. Inkjet printer use, well, ink jets to put ink on film....so if you are seriously asking if you can interchange the two....um, no.

Look at the epson printers that print 17" wide...google and epson.com are good placed to start looking. After that, look up fixxons.com, they are the best deal in inkjet film.

I have seen those guys but I haven't tried them. They dont say if their film has the coating to hold the ink and thats why I didn't try them. What I can tell you is to second the other poster's comment and tell you to try fixxons film. It worked flawlessly every time with my epson 1400.
