Could someone Please Help me or maybe I am beyond Help???? I Did s stupid thing and Purchased a China Cutter Plotter with no name and with Artcut software 2005 with a broken disk. How can I install this cutter?? I Have Smartcut pro and wanted to know if this would work or what do I need to do? I Have a couple of jobs for this but the thing does not work? I Have purchased a serial port to usb port cable to connect it to my laptop and I have installed the drivers for that and it is working OK, I think. Please Help!!!! Thanks Steve

What is the make of the plotter? Does it have a name on it somewhere?

I can't find a name, it just reads on it cutter plotter. No name
