What are my options in case my GT-3 printer needs repair urgently?

I'm in the Chicago area.

I have 3 print heads as spare, but I'm referring to other types of problems.

Have you called the Brother Tech Support # and asked them for the name of a technician near you? There are independent techs out there and Brother is probably the only one with a list of them because they all have to be trained / certified through Brother. So that is why I am recommending you to call Brother.
