Hi there, welcome to the T-Shirt Forums!

Here's a topic I found in a forum search for myspace that might start you off:

I wouldn't count on myspace to send you a lot of sales though. Traffic, probably, but actual buying customers, I haven't heard of it delivering that well.

Myspace also has a media kit available and direct advertising prices on the "Advertise" link at the bottom of myspace.com:

Hello all.....I own women's t-shirt business (Chic T's) and am just joining the forum.

I am starting to market my product on the internet and need some help with advertising on MySpace. Could someone let me know how I go about advertising on My Space?

Thanks!
I agree with Rodney... Don't rely on advertising on Myspace to bring in sales, but it is a great way to promote and to spread the word about your company. We use our site to promote our brand and to bring traffic to our website, and if that turns into sales that is terrific. We also use Myspace to introduce new designs and get feedback from people.

One word of advice: we have run into many people that like to call themselves promoters that will "promote" you line on Myspace in return for free clothing... beware!

cant you just create your own myspace and just add thousands of friends?? even though it may be annoying it may be the easiest, and free, way of advertising your company.
Sure, Myspace is full of all kinds of businesses promoting themselves and their products, especially clothing companies. Adding friends can be easy if you network alot... we've networked with so many people and they in return promote our brand by putting our banner ads on their page which, when clicked on, brings them to our official website.

That's what the thread I linked to above is about. It may be free and easy, but I wouldn't call it effective (as in driving sales to your store).
