Last question pretty much would beNo, it needs to be the full corporate name that is registered with your state, not the brand name. So for instance, you would use "Winterfresh LLC." And yes, the LLC needs to be included to satisfy the FTC requirement. You're probably better off just applying for the RN number. It's free and easy to get.
