Alright so a lot of people have checked out my new shirt that says "Let's get strawberry wasted!" but of course theres that one person wondering if I'm infringing on rights. Now the line is an allusion to the one line in the movie Grown Ups "I want to get chocolate wasted!" Is it copyright infringment? Can someone post a little information to show the customer it's not infringment?
changing up a line from a movie and putting it on t-shirts? Is this OK?

Since you changed it from "chocolate" to "strawberry," it's probably ok. As long as there is no other design, marketing or informational reference to the movie.
While this is probably considered very low risk of being infringement, it should be noted that the intellectual property owner of the movie can still choose to sue at any time. Even if what you are doing is legal, you can still get a cease & desist order or even a lawsuit.
