I'm not familiar with the Anajet but did you try clearing out your print spool, reboot computer. Double check USB cords. Go to Windows Device Manager and make sure there are no yellow "error" marks. When you installed new board are you 100% sure it is all hooked up correctly? Make sure all wire connections are tight. If all else fails unplug and replug all wires on mainboard. Try installing software onto a laptop or another computer to see if you have same problem or to see if the problem is the computer. Switch out USB cable.
I know that is just a list of basic stuff but it very well could be something easy that you over looked.
