Changed mainboard and I remember having to something else but what ?

I had to change my ribbon cable and mainboard - usually not a problem at all. Added the chip, but I recall having to do something in FastRip. Thought it was in Fastrip under printers. something about the port . I have it on the epson stylus 2200, but it not working .

Does anyone remember what to do? thanks
