it is a DTG VIPER every time do a test print it give Change Paper Type message and does not do the test print , this happen after resetting counter for a error message
Does any one know how to fix this?

you're probably under the wrong paper setting, make sure the option with the roll and the scissors is selected on the panel

Oh, I thought it was just the roll...not the roll with scissors?
