Cap press

I would like to know how to press an image onto a visor without using a cap press. I have a customer who wants one and I would like to supply them with the item, however I do not have a cap press. I tried to iron it on but that did not work. I am using the siserweed standard vinyl. Can someone help me?
Also, where can I get a good used cap press?

Used try ebay, craiglist,etc. If you need one cheap and quick see the guys at Heat Press Nation. They have china made for like $250...my Maxx manual runs about 600 new
