I have been using the expert24 and gcc greatcut for about a year with no problems. I got a new computer, and am setting it all up on another computer and it's not working at all. I can't find the install cd, but have found the drivers. There are 2 for usb, which one? I've tried both. I used to copy from make the cut and paste into greatcut and then cut. Now, the paste option is not available. Anyone with info on this?

Not at the moment. I think the cutter came with it, but I've moved and setup a new office since then and haven't come across it yet. But I was able to download the trial for now.

I would think you could export as a .plt or hgpl plotter file and open in Great cut.

Is your design all text?

If so, try converting it to curves first then cut and paste.

I'll try but these are files I've been cutting for months.

I'm using make the cut, then i copy and paste it into greatcut and it works great everytime... Until now. New computer, no good results. I can import an ai file, but it's not the same and not what I want. Am I using the wrong driver or something? It's not on an xp computer that has both serial and usb. I'm using usb.

Try downloading a different driver for your GCC. I cut from Corel.
