You need a new Driver. Go to the GCC website and see if they have a driver for Windows 10.
Can't communicate with GCC Expert 24
I recently updated my computer to Windows 8 and my computer can no longer communicate with my GCC Expert 24. I have Great Cut software that used to work well but no longer works. Unable to revert to old windows because it's no longer supported.
