Thanks for the response Bill. Ideally I'd like a cotton, or polycotton plain cushion cover in white or natural. Sizing to fit a 40 x 40cm inner, and that will take the Jet soft pro prints.Hi Cheryl,

Cheryl, you shouldn't really get press marks on poly. Maybe the pressure is too high? Are you getting marks from heat press platen or from transfer paper?I'd also look at polyester if it could be pressed without leaving those hard press marks you get in the poly.
Cheers and thanks
Cheryl
I don't generally do dye sub on fabrics other than neoprene and hard substrates. I experimented with poly shirts quite a while ago and abandoned the idea, as they were too problematic. So I'm assuming that the 'soft-touch' polyester fabrics are probably the same.Cheryl, you shouldn't really get press marks on poly. Maybe the pressure is too high? Thank you Bill for your willingness to help. However at this stage I don't need a large order, or even a few hundred, so it wouldn't be worth your while to set up for just a few. But I do appreciate the offer.Hi Cheryl,
There wasn't any hard mask on the fabric as long as the temprature under controlled when transfer the image to the fabric from transfer paper. It will be 100%soft polyester, woven fabric. You can find many cushion cover made from 100%polyester, so it isn't a problem for you to get it. We print on fabric, and do cut&sew work, but we didn't do any cushion cover before. Did your client provide you any sample? or do they have a demand about the material that you will have to follow and source for them? If the image they have asked is colorful image, and need it to be printed soft hand feel, 100%polyester sublimation transfer printing cover would be a good choice for you.

Thanks for the offer Tania, but I'm going to stick to cotton for apparell. This was more of a one-off for a good customer, that may turn into a regular down the track. We print a lot of polyester fabrics and garments, if you need any advice or tips on how to reduce any particular issues you have with pressing - you are welcome to get in touch and I'll try to help.
Hiya. I purchased some polyester ones from China, via Alibaba, but I won't go back there again. They took the sublimation image OK and felt soft to touch, but the workmanship in the seams was pretty shoddy. I don't like sending customers items I'm not 100% happy with. (Of course the sample they sent first was fine). I've put that on the back-burner for a while and would still like to access some cotton ones sometime. If you come across any I'd appreciate a shout out.Hi Sheryl, did you have any joy finding someone who made cushion covers? I'm in the same boat; don't sew and can't afford a seamstress as such... I wondered if you had any answers to your post as most of the answer seemed to be about the actual print side as opposed to sourcing covers. I am looking for 100% cotton preferably organic - if you have any leads would love to hear from you.
Cheers!
