I have a question for anyone that can help.
I just got my machine today and set it up, when I turn it on, at first it says 4 in the top window then it switches over to E2 in the top window and 5 in the bottom.
And all it does is beep.
I tried pressing the mode button and nothing, I can't get anything to function.
Heat is not going up or down. And can't access the timer or turn off the beeping. Of course the instructions aren't the best. Can you help me?
Not sure if I'm doing it wrong, or if it's defective.
My machine is the Profit share 8 in 1.

E2 is probably the error code. I would return it.

Don't buy any heat presses that do more than 1 function. They are garbage. Probably got it on Amazon or Ebay uh. I looked at those too. No good

can you start the main heat press platen without plugging in any of the 7 other attachments?
if so then it is probably a bad solder somewhere in the aircraft pin connections
if not then it may be the relay/fuse/wiring, get your voltmeter and see what you can find

best bet is, as has been said, return it if possible
then search through the heat press subsection here and see what is recommended

The ones your referring to that may be true (I agree). George Knight makes one that can use attachments (DC16) and it is NOT garbage. But that is also why they are much much more then the cheap ones you see all over eBay and Amazon.
