Can you get a matt finish on plaques

I love the sublimation plaques! I have a customer that would like a matt finish on a plaque. How can I do this or is it even possible? Is it a different paper? I have a Ricoh G3300N sublimation printer.

Thanks in advance guys! Ya'll have been so helpful in all my new adventures :)
