Yes, it can be recycled. The better question is do you print enough paper in order for them to want to?

I print enough each week to fill a minimum of two, four yard bins and they won't give me a two bins per week. Consequently, they get upset when I fill up both trash bins full of paper, leaving nowhere for my neighbors to put their trash. I tell them they can't have it both ways...

I definitely print enought to warrant atleast two recycle bins but will ask them how they would like me to package it. (Bags, boxes etc versus just dumping it an open container)
