My paper has been sitting in the open in a cold warehouse in upstate NY. Transfers on mainly mugs come out extremely faded. The mug machine is heating up to the correct temperature. I have tried increasing temperature and time and it works, however it takes 380 degrees and 3 min 30 seconds to completely transfer. That is just absurd to me.

Is it a bad batch of mugs, does paper go bad or could it really be the machine?

If it's working, it may not be the paper or the mugs. On my machine, the print needs about two minutes to transfer after the mug has reached 380 degrees. If you're in a cold room, it may be taking one and a half minutes for the mug to reach 380, thus, 3 and a half minutes.
