Can i use this euro pro heat/steam press for heat transfers?

I am just starting out making my own tshirts and i dont feel like spendin 1000 on a press just yet, but i do have a 11x23 Euro Pro press that i dont think is meant for this type of stuff but would it work the same way? heres a link to some info about it: EuroPro EP5100 Steam and Dry Ironing Press

I am not familiar with that press but to do heat press transfers...you need variable temp from 162 C (323F)to 204 C (400F) with constant pressure...pressure needed will vary from transfer/garment..so with that, you can see what you can do..BUT NO STEAM
