i recently got a used sawgrass sg400 that already had the easy subli ink in it. ive been using it to sublimate mugs and keychains and they come out fine...but tumblers are always so dull.. help!! is it expired ink? could it be the tumbler?...

If it is working on your mugs then it is probably the tumblers. What is the tumbler made of? It is specifically coated for dye sublimation, right?

yes i buy them from our local craft store and it's supposed to be dye sublimation. i've already wasted 3 tumblers lol but the mugs and keychains and the other sublimated items look flawless.

no they same to be bulk ordered from china... i'll try some from another store and see if it makes a difference
