Hi. I have a simple question.

Can I use DARK COLOR JPSS PAPER on light color Tshirts?

JPSS is only for lights. There is no such thing as JPSS for Darks.

There's JPSS and JPOpaque. What the OP is asking is, if he can use the opaque transfer on lights.
I haven't tried it, but I imagine you could, of course it would be better to use JPSS for lights.

You could use the dark paper for lights but you would achieve better results if you used the paper that is designed for lights.
