I have asked this in the rhinestone section but I also wanted to get ideas from here....
Has anyone done the pink ribbons they use for cancer?I got asked to make some for a golf tourney for cancer and want to make sure I dont get in trouble for selling them.I cant imagine I would.I see ribbons on cars of all colors.any ideas?

That's a tough one. The question is if it's a general symbol or if it's actually trademarked. Here's the info on Wikipedia, which would imply you should be ok.

"Intellectual property status:
In most jurisdictions, the pink ribbon is considered public domain. However, in Canada, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation claims ownership of the ribbon as an official mark, a special form of trademark reserved for governmental and charitable organizations."

For a private order I doubt there'd be a problem, especially due to the fact that they're in use everywhere including the t-shirt fulfillment sites.
