Hello,
Can I copyright a specific font, all caps, and alignment as a standard for my t shirt phrases?
For example, can the "style" of
"I REALLY LIKE
TO EAT
PIZZA"
be copyrighted or restricted from others to use all caps, a specific font and left aligned?

No.

If you had a specific phrase, like Nike's "Just Do It" you could trademark it as your company/brand slogan/logo. But that protection would not apply to a series of phrases, just your company's slogan.
