Hiya everybody, I am findin it more and more difficult to get my hands on some maternity wholesalers in the UK! so unless i get them manufactured, which i will then , no dought have to order alot instead of just 100 or so. I am now thinking, we have so stores in the UK that are very cheap on clothes, i have looked and they do a maternity range. Can i buy these, print on them and then sell them , making a small profit?

I would look into doing this to "test " the market and to see what does and doesnt work. So it would be a short term solution untill i was more experienced and found a good manufactuer??

What do you all think?

I'm not sure of trademark and use laws of the UK, but for any one in the USA that would need to do something like this, you can't let your customers perceive that you are the company or store that you bought the blank from. You may also have to print that your company is printing on another company's blank shirts.

This would keep from any confusion that your customers are actually buying a certain store's good. (I.E. American Eagle would be made if you took one of their blanks and used shoddy printing on it and therefore your customers perceived that it was AE's bad printing quality, which may reduce AE sales.)

If you remove all labels and replace with your own I can't see it being a problem. I would think the brand you are buying would not be too happy about it but what could they do, you paid for it so it's yours to sell on.
