Well aware that cameo can print 11.5" actual size but can it actually feed the 15"? so that i would not ask to cut to 12" if i order the 15". My plan is to use the 7" to cut then flip it the other side to use the leftover:D

no, it won't fit a 15" width

but if you know you are always going to be using the 1/2 roll width (ie 7.5"),
then simply cut the 15" roll in half on a chop-saw

get yourself a 12"x24" mat (cricut makes them) and rig up a horizontal paper-towel holder
put your 7.5" roll on the paper towel holder and roll it out onto your 24" mat
cut to desired length and put in cameo to cut

Some suppliers will cut the rolls for you on a slitter or like equipment.
A lot of them dont necessarily advertise that they do it so you would probably need to ask.

I think Into the T has some good suggestions as well.

The Cameo can only squeeze in 13 inches max,
Most vinyls have a grid on the reverse so you can slice off a straight line, if your cutting down to seven inches off a 15 it may be a problem (I'm not sure because I am not in the shop) The rollers may not slide over far enough,, they do go over to 8 inches because that's an A4,, perhaps someone with a machine in front of them could measure and confirm?
MDP in the UK supply on 330mm rolls which fit the cameo holder nicely

I use a cameo and only buy the 15 inch vinyl because it is more economical for me. I stick the vinyl to the mat. I can put a 3 X 3 inch piece of vinyl onto the mat if just cutting one monogram. Usually I use a 12 X 24 mat and cut a 12 X 15 inch piece of vinyl when I am cutting for mutiple shirts.
