Hello everyone

I am looking to make my own custom care labels for my t-shirts...woven labels are to expensive for their minimums.

However I have noticed some brands..even high end ones like ALIFE are using what seem to be iron on transfers for care labels and then sewing around the border of the label.

The reason I say iron on or heat transfer is the feel of the label..it feels like a iron on and bends and wrinkles like paper.

I have attached a picture of the label below..any help is greatly appreciated

This appears to be a printed label on a non-woven
dyed material like tyvek. Have to feel or look at it
close to be precise. You can buy printed labels and
have them sewn onto the shirts. However, getting
it sewn on is a pain unless it is done when the shirt
is being assembled. Better idea might be a heat transfer
label on the neck. Except you have to trim the existing
label carefully out.

Aravind.
