I don't recognize the label but the label could be a custom label for the company selling the sweatshirt, not the manufacturer.

Bella+Canvas' 3739 is a great option. It's a unisex full-zip hoodie and is available in over 30 colors, all with white strings. JAmerica's JA8872 is another option, and Anvil has the 71600 too. My personal favorite is the Bella 3739.
