hi everyone im having trkuble with my brother single.head. for some reason my stitches wont sew theyll stay and gather up on the bottom of the fabric. can anyone help me out? i checked bobbin area and looks clean and the tensions are good. i attached a video of what its doing any help is extremely appreciated!!!

I am not an expert but check the bobbin holder and make sure there is no dirt under the little plate which gives the bobbin thread its tension.

Make sure you bobbin is in properly and not backwards. That will cause that problem. Looking at the back of the bobbin case when you put in the bottom, the bobbin should be coming off counter clockwise.

In my 416a I can only use magnaglide bobbins. Also only Isacord thread. I've tried about everything and it just doesn't run as good as that combination. Does it do this with every needle? Do you oil your hook regularly? Also, like Craig said could be in backwards or be in a bind. My bobbin holder requires adjustment about every time I change the bobbin. And on hook timing I had to end up getting in someone. Even after the pro came in I still didn't have great results until I used the right bobbins and thread. Good luck.
