From looking at the design it would probably need to be printed, someone in your area that has a solvent ink printer like a Versacamm or a Mutoh could print them for you, normally companies that do signage or vehicle wraps have this type of equipment.

I think that what you want is to print your sticker on a clear vinyl, go to www.calsilkscreen.com
stickers are just 2.0 cents per square inch but their minimum is 1000 units. The quality is great.
