Hey guys, it's been awhile but I am getting back into printing again.

I am having a lot of trouble printing the following design. The Dark Green keeps printing black. Even when I print it in the print preview (File Output) it shows as black. It is the weirdest thing I have seen.

Any suggestions?

While I'm very new to shirt printing, I am very experienced when it comes to computing. What programs are you using for your images?

Id check to make sure your color space is rgb, then i'd use either 12,114,60 bottle green or 0,102,63 forest green.

When looking at the green it's showing 57% black. The black is overpowering your design. Both greens Acca mentioned have around 20% black and would most likely print much better for you.

I'm using Photoshop Elements 7. The customer created the artwork on a Mac. They have sent me the images in png and jpg.

I have tried color filling the dark areas with a lighter green and it loses some of the detail on the edges. The image I uploaded is the simplest of the 15 designs they sent me.

I'll keep working with the customer to see what I can do.

In Photoshop, I used Adjustments / Selective color, then chose the greens and lowered the black in the green. Then I used Adjustments / Hue/Saturation and saturated the greens a little more.
