First question is can a vinyl work on 100% polyester???
( i know it can work on 100% cotton)

Also how often do people bleach shirt?? i never wash my shirts i am a mama boy and my mom does it not sure how that process goes i heard transfer can't be bleaches.

I don't think people generally bleach any clothes but white tees and things they don't care about at all.

Yes, vinyl works from 100% cotton to 100% poly.

Vinyl does not fade so bleach won't harm it. Perhaps other types of transfers, like inkjet, may fade with bleach.

It's a safe bet that an all white tee will be bleached at one time or another. All other colors would not be.
