It will if you print it big enough. It'll have to be big. It'll be difficult to weed with those very fine lines so I'd pick a different font unless it's for a one off and you really must use that font.
Thanks, I was afraid of that. It would be for one, at most two shirts. A script font would be best but I may have to compromise.

I dont know about a Cameo, but a Graphtec or Roland plotter will cut this with no trouble.
Yes without problem and also if your text is little!
I have cut more difficult designs with Cameo 3 cutter with tiny details!
All depends on settings
Thank you for the replies, we'll give it a try. And thanks, Mark, for mentioning "weld text". I didn't know about that.

My ex-wife, and still good friend, just got the Cameo and press and I don't want to send her designs that will be problematic. She's going through chemo right now and already has enough frustration.

I have 3 cb09 blade holders which were in total about 45 bucks. I got with each one 15 blades. That's total 45 blades.

I have also one automatic blade from silhuoette which was somewhere around 20 bucks. If I would buy 45 blades that would be 900 bucks. I am bad at math, but you can do your math and tell me if you see something weird going on :D

Further more, they last longer, they cut better. Yes, they are manual, but I bought 3 of them so I don't fiddle around with them once they are set. I have one dedicated for vinyl.

And they do fit. Check reviews to see if they fit or not. 45 blade is for vinyl.

You mentioned the Cb09 in a previous thread so I checked into it.

It was I who advised Elena to get the Cameo, rather than a Cricut. When she first got it she having problems; it was chewing up her cutting mat, ruining the vinyl. None of the videos she watched talked about adjusting the "force". I was told that if I'd shown up during those first 4 or 5 days I'd have gone home with it wrapped around my head.

So, no, I won't be suggesting anything that requires futzing with, that doesn't just drop in and work perfectly right out of the box :)

30 degree is for fine details and paper, 60 is for thick material. I use 45 for mylar sheets.

edit: you wanna less blade touching the material. You get better cut and longer blade life span. So I would use 30 if it's tricky design.

np, enjoy your new cheap and better blades when you get them. You will have a little play time at the begining, but I am sure you will be just fine.
Here, in the comments section, it suggests just the opposite, 60º for vinyl. Per an email from Silhouette support, the Cameo blade is 52º vertical and the sloping angle for the blade's width (from side to side) is 28º.

I am gonna try this. I got bunch of blades so no worries. I remember when I first started to cut mylar with silhuette automatic blade. My blade was destroyed and I didn't manage to cut one sheet. I was without the blade until new one arrived from store.
Now I can at least play with blades and no need to worry what if I destroy the blade.

60 degree blades have been used forever for fine detail.
They are also used for thick material.

Clean cut blades are by far the best blades out there and pretty cheap too.
