Our CAMS starting putting stones on their sides today.. We've quadruple checked the Swing/Spin gun and the plate feeder and no luck.. We've got a call into support but as the hours go on we're losing light.. It's a large Swarovski order can't get delayed any longer.. That being said..anyone have any idea on what else may be going on? It's happening in both hoppers.. left always.. right is sometimes ok.. thank you for any insite on helping us getting this fixed quickly

Mine did that and the issue was the solenoids needed to be replaced in my 1v2p.

I also had that issue from my muffler being clogged.

Did you try the vacuum backwash

If you have already checked for the nozzle being clogged on the gun, sound like misalignment on either feeder gun to hopper or feeder gun to bottom gun.

RhinestoneFetish (Sorry I Don't know your name).. thank you so much for quickly replying.. I saw your post last night but didn't get a chance to say thank you till now..

thankfully that wasn't the problem.. we blew out the nozzle (which had a piece of aluminum from a stud in it) and again quadruple checked the alignment of the guns which appeared dead on.. walked through it with support late yesterday evening and still the problem remained.. came in this morning and figured that regardless of the guns alining perfect we adjusted them by 1 and it's working again.
