Of course it is

But if you came to learn all you can so you can turn around and make your own copy, that's not such a good thing

Although, sometimes it's better to start a forum on a topic you have more knowledge about.

I've seen some t-shirt lines have forums that support their clothing line (sort of to build a community with their brand).

Oh, for sure not a copy, and yeah I will wait untill I do have more knowledge so it will not be a while, good idea on the company forum, I think I might go the other way around, get a forum going and then add a store to it, you can use that if you want

T-shirts can be a great way to raise money for a community. There are many forum sites that start out as great communities and then add t-shirts later to help raise money or just so members can show their support of the site.

Not cool of you to pick a domain so close to the site you just registered for though. That's not a great way to start things off.

I registered the domain before knowing about this site to be honest, and as it won't be a copycat of this site, I do not see the problem. Also remember this site is a long way off, I want are sites to friends we could even affiliate. Also I was thinking of making it an information site, with a forum and a store... not just a forum. The forum itself will be more directed towards making your own t-shirts as apposed to t-shirt information, t-shirt technologies...

Hope I'm not on your bad side, just a 16 year old trying to make some dough, while having fun.

It's just interesting that they both happened on the same exact day.

After buying the domain, I wanted to research the topic, so I googled shirt forum, and you wonderful forum popped up.

You will see when the site is complete it will much different more of a resource type of site, and when I mean more create your own shirt, I meant for the home user, creating the shirt with little cost as possible, this forum is more for companies, profesionality... Anyway you will see, I hope we can get past this little argument.
