Any question you have about CafePress should be answered on their website.

A lot of the community members here use CafePress. What exactly is your question? I'm sure someone here can help you.

Here is the short version...

You pick what products you'd like your designs to go on. You choose what "profit" you'd like to make on the designs. Example: The base price for a white shirt is around $14, so if you'd like to make $5 profit you'd need to set the price at $19.

Thank you,
identity burn, i read that part at cafepress and was not sure
of the detail how it works.
Samurai, you are right should expand on my question.
I supply the design do i print the design or does cafepress
print it on the T-shirt that the customer purchased. Do i have to
buy the t-shirts or does cafepress supply them and i pick which
shirts i would like to have on my page. Like identity burn
mentioned. Does cafepress take care of shipment or do I.

Once again thank you for your help.

Yeah it's not a place you can make a huge profit unless you do large volume...but it has zero setup or operating costs and it helps you get your stuff out there to see if it has any potential.

CafePress provides the shirt, prints your design on said shirt and ships the shirt out to the customer for you. All you have to do is setup your CafePress store, provide the designs and choose what kinds of shirts you want your designs to go on.

Does that help?

I would really recommend simply going through and setting up an account (it's free!) and testing things out to see how they work and whether you like it or not. :)
