I recently purchased some of the Cad Cut Premium Plus. I did everything it said to do on the paper they sent with the vinyl. I did two layers. I pressed the first layer at 2 sec like it told me at medium pressure. It tried to peel up when I removed the backing while warm. So I added a couple of seconds. It was better but still tried to come up. Then I pressed the second layer to whst the sheet said. We wore the shirts the next day. Now the top layer is coming off when I was them. I looked at two of the other shirts I did that I haven't washed and its juat as bad. I have spent a lot of money on this vinyl and have 60 shirts to do. Please let me know what I need to do to make this work. I am using the Pro World TransPro 15X15 PRESS.

What shirt are you pressing on?.....Sometimes it is just a case of a shirt material not being receptive to heat press vinyl versus a problem with the vinyl.....

Sounds like one of two (or both) things... Not enough pressure being applied and/or no pre-press to remove any moisture from the garment.

ya, sounds like pre-pressing for moisture. happened to me many times and dust on the corners ~

If you have ruined a shirt, cut it up in pieces and do not test presses.....And make sure you make notes about you tests so you know which one works and you can repeat it....

Could it srill be the pre press not being long enough even if the bottom layer is staying on the shirt and the top layer peeling?

Make sure you have colours that can layer....There are a few colours that can not go on top of another.....

Premium Plus: Heat apply background for 2 seconds peel warm. Apply foreground for 8 seconds peel warm.

No mention of any colors not working together when layered.

Pre-press and increase your pressure.

make sure the temp reading on your press is true. Is it really at 300 to 330 degrees. maybe your press is not hot enough.

Teflon sheet? Are you talking about the sheet you put over the vinyl when you press it?

yes. some people use parchment paper and some use teflon sheets. might wanna invest into both for different results. i use both for different looks.
