c120 and film will not print

I have a new epson c120 and my start-up kit came with kimoto silkjet transparency film (tha cheap stuff):rolleyes: When I go to print my image the printer pulls the film through without printing on it!!:mad: Has anyone had this problem with the c120?? Please help
