awesome. I love Octopuses, or is it octopi? Cool shirt, I would buy it. You could try the octopus in orange, might pop even ore because orange is the complimentary color of blue.
Some may even see 9 arms, others may argue they're tentacles, but nobody is complaining about the design or the arms. The common consensus is its great.
