I live in Oregon and Im creating a T-shirt company and am mostly interested in selling on line, at tradeshows, and hopefully getting major distribution to get in stores all over the the world. How would I register my Business? A LLC? Im not sure how to make sure that Everything is done right so that there is no legal recourse on me by the state for tax evasion etc...
