Hi everyone,

I am a little concerned with the brother pre-treat at the moment. I have been waiting for pre-treat for two weeks now and I have orders pending. I know brother has had some issues getting this product in stock (which concerns me greatly).

My question is, is there an alternative pre-treat for white ink on dark fabrics? I know they have the pre-treat paper, but because of the size 12 x 12, I am not really sold on the product.

Any information on what exactly this "pre-treat" is, would be great.

It is my understanding that the shipment came in and any backorder was being processed. You might want to call the company that you ordered the pretreat from to confirm this.
