brother pr1000 help

hello just wondering if any one can help pr1000 under a year old coming up with wiper error every so often, bobbing jams, the machine eats a hole in tops , aloud bang every so often ( sound like going over rail way lines) keep ajusting it own tenision when running (loops) does sample ok on same material but when running a good one off this happen please help:mad:

They are helpful with both the 600 and 1000 series machines.
I have a PR-650 so should be similar. I'll give you a tip that might help. The PR units seem to be factory set to trim at very short intervals. I would embroider a simple name on a shirt for someone and it would trim after pretty much every letter. This is where most often you get those types of things occurring. If you set your machine to have a further allowance it will jump stitch to the next point without trimming and starting all over again. It is much faster, cleaner and easy to just trim your jump stitches afterwards.
