Hi, I have recently got a Brother PR 650 embroidery machine. I am very new to this and have been watching videos, researching ect.. It was working well till i got a wiper error, Now the whole machine is locked, when I press close the error just comes up again, i would appreciate some help with this. Thank you

Piece of thread stuck around the wiper - it is the picker that comes down/forward and grabs the tail of thread after a trim... usually you just have to remove the piece of thread and hit a button on the screen and it will clear.
