I just have to say that Brother Intl is a horrible company to deal with, yes I am mad because direct2shirt can no longer sell the inks for the brother I got from the, Brian has always been great and if it had not been for him I would not have bought the brother, ended up going with swf for embroidery since nobody can answer a phone at the actual Brother facility. Very disappointed that I am no longer able to buy from direct2shirt. great service and now that is gone. If I had to call Brother to get my machine they would have never sold it:(

When I call and leave a ton of messages an emails, finally get a call back and they say Brother is a large company, well if they are that big then they need to rethink some things if customer service is not a concern to them, there are more machines coming on the market and will give them a run for their money.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my brother printer just do not love or even like the company. Have talked to about 3 other people that went with swf because of the customer service at Brother. When I called 2 weeks ago and there was no option for dtg I hit printer option and the person that answered said is the gt541 a printer/fax combo???? seriously? these people work there, I don't care how big you are they should know what a dtg is if working there:(

Sorry for the rant but pretty disappointed.

where can I get brother inks now in Ohio?

That is weird. Oh well, went with the swf because I could not get any answers on the brother embroidery machine so they lost a sale there and when I am ready for another white ink machine do not know if it will be a brother either, the reps are fine such as direct 2 shirt and axiom but the brother company as a whole is not, everytime I have mentioned not being able to get a response the answer is brother is the largest printer co in the world, still not an excuse for poor customer service.

Does Brother claim to offer this service? I don't know, just asking. We have had 2 541's for a number of years and I have never had a reason to call them.

If they have a distributor network and it is their intention to use distributors, they would not staff to handle calls like you think they should.

I drive Honda cars. I would never dream that Honda would sell me oil filters or even take my service calls. That is what the dealers are for.

Everyone has their own opinion. My point was that they dumped my distributor and never gave me a backup so now I am trying to find a new local one which there is none:( I will say that I own two machines (won't say who) but They are the actual company and they are hands down the BEST service in the industry. And I do call them directly and always get to talk to the owner, best company ever:)
