Just got a new GT 361W about 5 weeks ago. We took 1 of the shirts, which was just black on red cotton home to try washing. After just 5 washing's the black ink appears to be washing off. We use a Geo. M Knight 16 x 20" heat press, 356F for 35 second, firm. What might be wrong?
Thanks in advance for your help

Timreiling, you will want to ensure your heat press is actually hitting the temperature selected. You will want to use thermal heat strips or a surface probe to test the heat press; a heat gun will not give you accurate readings. The proper time, temperature and pressure should be: 356 Fahrenheit for 35 seconds with light pressure to cure the ink. Additionally, the best wash results are on 100% cotton. If you’re located within the US or Canada and this didn't resolve your issue, please give us a 877-4Brother or contact your original dealer if outside these areas.
