I am running a GTX Pro bulk system and I'm trying to figure out my ink costs per print! Does anyone have the math calculations? I was told to take the total cc and multiply it by .14. But it seems like that's not correct with the amount of ink I am running per design. Does anybody have the answer?

Ink cost / Amount of ink in the bag = Cost per cc.

Many GTX users have mentioned having issues with white ink waste, which would affect the math. I'm not sure if that's an issue with the GTX Pro Bulk.

Does anyone have the math calculations?
The first step is finding the amount of ink wastage:
This can be done by measuring the amount of liquid in the waste bottle and deducting the amount of cleaning solution used.

Calculating the waste ink percentage:
Let's say you've used 4L (4000ml) of ink and you end up with 2L (2000ml) of waste (after deducting the cleaning solution).
Ink wastage: 2000ml / 4000ml * 100 = 50%.

Calculating the true cost per ml:
Let's say you buy 4L (4000ml) bottles at $520
Cost per ml is: $520/4000ml = $0.13
Add the wastage: $0.13 + 50% = $0.195.

1cc is equal to 1ml so in this example you should multiply the total cc by $0.195
I hope this helps.
