Hi

My brother gtx printer won't print. I can see it in the printers & scanners tab. But when i want to testprint something it doesn't work. My colleague can use his pc and it works perfectly. I tried to reinstall drivers allready. Does someone know what i can do? Im using windows 10 pro 64BIT.

already checked my print spooler, nothing there. Not finding anything usefull anymore on the net. Can anyone help me?? I would appreciate it!!
