Hello,

We have our GTX from December 2017, already made over 18k prints.
I have one problem I can't find answer. Polish distributor is consulting it with Brother, but maybe here someone will know how to solve problem.
On nozzle check magenta and one white chanel is delaminated (blurred).

White chanel is not a problem, I don't see difference.
But prints with magenta are not sharp anymore, especially when printing red squares, letters, etc.

I can post extra photos of capping station and printheads.

I had the same problem with the white head. Brother gave me a new one under warranty.

Thank you Brother! Problem was solved really fast by technician. I'm delighted service we have received. I wish other brands treat clients the same way.

Is there still a problem with white and red now?
Because I have also replaced the new nozzle, but now there is still such a problem.

After replacing both printheads and capping stations problem is solved.
We pay extra attention to week cleanings, to make them more careful. Especially 4 holes at metal cover of printhead. So far problem is solved.
