Brother GT361 Error code 6123 yellow head temp

The magenta head has never worked, replaced ink cartridge, flushed lines and print head. Read online to try swapping out the ribbon cables with a working print head (swapped with yellow). Did that now getting code 6123 for yellow print head high temp.

Any ideas? Can't do any type of print head check because of error

-SOLVED- ribbon cable not seated correctly. Magenta head still not working. don't know how to delete forum post
